We have been given the following brief to produce an online personal website portfolio. The portfolio is to include a home landing page, about page, work page, blog and a contact page. In addition social networking profiles can be added such as tumbler , twitter and Facebook.
My first step in designing my own website portfolio was to plan and look at other peoples portfolio websites to get inspiration for my own website portfolio .
I liked this portfolio design as of the unique use of circular shapes which are transparent with the background I think this would be a great idea to include in my own portfolio for the social networking buttons – twitter, Facebook , tumbler etc.I liked this portfolio design as of the layout with the logo , open space at the top and navigation bar being towards the middle top of the page.I loved this portfolio design with the use of code making up the background section the sectioning of a face. I think this idea could be played about with possibly making my own face up of code or symbols.In this portfolio design I felt it was very striking with the surname dead central on the home page. I also like the use of the black white colours as it stands out very well.I love the idea of the title on the portfolio homepage, I possibly could do my own ‘iamsuzanneniccolls’.In this design I loved the colours and font styles to the left bottom of the home page. I would like to use these colours in my own portfolio black, white and purple.
